When you go to buy a pair of shoes, what do you look for? Style? Comfort? Affordability? When shopping for shoes, many people will choose a pair based on their shoe size, but what they fail to realize is that every foot is different, even your left foot is different from your right! 

Commercial retailers produce shoes as if each pair fits every person the same way. When you purchase this way three things happen:

1- Your shoes wear down faster, forcing you to buy a new pair much more frequently than you would with durable, properly-fitting shoes.

2-You’re not getting adequate support, which leads to serious problems down the road like discomfort, pronation, bunions, spinal alignment problems, and so on.

3- You put yourself at risk of injury anywhere from blisters to broken ankles and torn ligaments. 

These long-term problems can be avoided, simply by knowing what type of shoe is best for your feet.
